Music FunTime is a group music program for kids 18 months to 7 years old. Students learn to read music notation and symbols, and play instruments.

Marion Music Academy has music lessons from your child’s first notes to their graduation performance! We offer classes for beginners to advanced musicians in the Cedar Rapids area. We pride ourselves on going beyond music to develop important life skills by teaching our students to be creative, thoughtful young people who share their gifts and talents with the community. Our students develop into fine musicians while also developing patience, discipline, and hand-eye coordination which enhances spatial reasoning skills and academic skills. The skills learned from music lessons carry over into many other areas of life and benefit students for the rest of their life.
