Music Programs

Individual lessons are offered on all popular instruments and voice. We have found that one-on-one instruction allows students to progress at their own pace and gain the best understanding of musical techniques. Student can start individual lessons as young as 5 years old. Students can start individual lessons any time of the year or month so there's no need to wait to get started. Contact the academy office to see which times and days are available.
2. Recitals and Concerts
Students are given an opportunity to perform in several recitals held over the course of the year. All of our music recitals have free admission, so the whole family and friends can attend to enjoy the performances. Our students have made it a tradition to bring food bank donations to recitals making the events both enjoyable and meaningful.
3. Group Programs
Kindermusik Classes, ages 0-7: Simply put, Kindermusik is a music and movement program for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, accompanied by a parent or caregiver.
In class, you’ll play, listen, sing (encouraged, but optional!), move, dance, and giggle with your child. It’s fun. Lots of fun. But the best part – your child will be learning and developing skills along the way. Each of our activities is designed to stimulate your child’s brain, strengthen developing neurons, build gross and fine motor skills, enhance social-emotional development, and much more. Preparatory Voice Class, ages 10-12: Students will be introduced to various musical concepts such as the layout of the keyboard, rhythmic and reading skills, as well as be introduced to vocal exercises and literature. This class will prepare students to enter private voice lessons with a strong foundation in music.
Introduction to Guitar: Students will learn the basics of playing the guitar as well as being introduced to rhythmic and reading skills. This is a good class for a student to start with to explore their interest in learning to play guitar. Two age groups will be offered for this class: 9-11 year olds and 12+ year olds.
